Studio Policies 

New Clients & Late Policy
We ask that new clients arrive 10-15 minutes early to fill out paperwork. If you are 15 minutes or more late to your scheduled appointment time we will have to reschedule that appointment so that you can experience the full time of the service you have booked. If you know you are going to be 15 minutes or more late to your appointment, feel free to call us and reschedule that time. If you are running late and still want to keep your appointment it will end at the original time. For example, appointment for 90 minute facial starts at 11am, client arrives at 11:20 am but called to let us know they still want appointment, the service will end at 12:30 pm regardless and the price for the 90 facial will still apply. Your time is valuable and so is ours. We book our day to fill the needs of our guests and their time is important too. 

 

No Show/Cancellation
Please call 48 hours before your appointment to cancel or reschedule if for any reason you cannot make your scheduled visit. A credit card will be asked to be held on file as you will be charged 50% of the full price of your service if you do not call within 48 hours to cancel, reschedule or no show , no discounts will be taken into consideration. Our policy isn't to penalize our clients for being busy but to make their time, your time, with us important to you. Your health is important, let us help you keep balance and harmony. 

 

Groupon Clients
Any special run by Groupon, Living Social or other site like those are for new clients only. Current and returning clients have access to other specials and promotions for being client's of Skin Pro Sac. Contact us if you would like to be a part of the monthly Newsletter! We will be taking credit card information for all new/Groupon clients, this is to hold your reservation and you will not be charged. If you no show or cancel after 48 hours from your service you will be charged per our cancellation/no show policy.

 

For any Groupon refunds, please contact Groupon to receive your refund.
